Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

Australia: 6–12 business days
New Zealand: 7–15 business days
USA & Canada: 7–18 business days
UK & Europe: 8–20 business days
Asia: 6–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs delays, courier disruptions, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you have not received your tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Floraviance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Any reshipments due to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Floraviance is not liable for:

  • delays caused by the courier

  • lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • customs fees or import taxes in your country

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
