In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and assist where appropriate. Damage caused by wear, misuse, improper care, or accidental handling is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Will adjustable rings lose their shape?
When adjusted gently and worn with care, our adjustable rings are designed to maintain their shape. Repeated or forceful bending may compromise the structure and is not considered a fault. We recommend adjusting once to your preferred fit.

Our jewellery is crafted using quality materials. However, all metals naturally experience wear over time. Changes in colour, shine, or plating caused by moisture, body chemistry, fragrance, or daily wear are part of the natural ageing process and are not considered defects.
How should I care for my jewellery?

While each order is packaged with care, outer packaging may show minor signs of handling during transit. This does not affect the condition or quality of the jewellery inside.
